1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in any course or using our services at SiPE Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Enrollment & Registration

Eligibility

• Students must meet the minimum educational qualifications for each course
• Minimum age requirement: 16 years
• Valid government ID proof required
• Completion of admission form with accurate information

Registration Process

• Complete admission form with all required documents
• Pay applicable registration fee
• Submit educational qualification proofs
• Attend counseling session (if required)

3. Fees & Payment Policy

Fee Structure

• Course fees are non-negotiable
• Fees include course material and certification
• Additional charges may apply for extra services
• Fees are subject to revision with prior notice

Payment Methods

• Cash payment at institute
• Bank transfer to authorized account
• UPI payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
• Installment plans available for selected courses

4. Attendance & Student Conduct

Attendance Requirements

• Minimum 75% attendance required for certification
• Informed leaves must be approved in advance
• Medical leaves require proper documentation
• Make-up classes may be arranged for genuine cases

Code of Conduct

• Respect for faculty and fellow students
• No disruptive behavior in classrooms
• Proper use of institute property
• Academic integrity and no plagiarism
• Compliance with institute rules and regulations

5. Certification & Completion

• Certificates issued upon successful course completion
• Minimum passing grade required for certification
• Completion of all assignments and projects
• Clearance of all dues before certificate issuance
• Duplicate certificates may incur additional charges

6. Placement Assistance

SiPE Academy provides placement assistance to eligible students subject to:

• Successful course completion with minimum grades
• Good attendance record and conduct
• Active participation in placement activities
• Willingness to relocate (if required)
• No guarantee of job placement

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to study materials, presentations, software, and digital content, are the intellectual property of SiPE Academy. Students are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing these materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SiPE Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh.
